Client Brief: Design and build twin single beds from recycled timber that would also convert to bunk beds.  The beds were commissioned for young toddlers as a first bed however, the client specified the bed design needed to be an ageless design – appropriate for any age. Finished product The two beds have been built from all recycled timber – sourced from fence palings, pallets and other recycled timber. The contemporary design is suitable for a toddler and equally appropriate for a teenager or an adult sleeping in a single bed. The beds are solidly made, able to withstand an excitable toddler and are easily converted to a bunk bed if needed.  Finished off using Osmo Oil, the finish is matt, non-toxic and easily touched up if necessary.
