I like what I see, I’d like to obtain a quote, how do we start the process?

Please contact us to make an appointment time for you to visit our workshop.  By coming to our workshop we can show you samples of timber and bamboo, show you the quality of the work we do and explain in further detail our processes. 

Please do make an appointment, we want to ensure we are available to talk to you when you come.  If you decide to drop in unexpectedly, we may not be available at that time and you will have wasted the trip.

Once you make an appointment time, we will email you directions to our workshop.

Do you have contacts or agents in other capital cities such as Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane who do similar work?

Working with timber is a very specialised skill and whilst we may know of other woodworkers in other areas, we do not know of anyone who works in a similar manner to ourselves providing timber and sustainable solutions to kitchens, furniture and internal joinery the way we do.  We do work outside the ACT from time to time.

 

Do you offer a flat pack service?

The installation is every bit as important as the manufacture of the product.  The installation can make or break the end product, so to ensure you receive a high quality installation and you are covered under our 10 year warranty, we do not provide a flat pack service.

 

Do you work outside of the ACT?

Yes, we do work outside of the ACT.  We usually start with phone conversations and we find email and modern technology assist greatly in the communication process.

The work is manufactured in our workshop just outside Canberra and we transport the joinery to site for installation.
